Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Prescription Medications: Due to regulatory and safety concerns, prescription medications are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products: OTC products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Pharmaceutical Products: Items such as medical supplies and personal care products can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products that are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Any item not accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us:
- Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at order@themedshub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.
- write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping:
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The Meds Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Refunds
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refund Exceptions
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
